Anne was born in 1330 in Windsor Castle, Berkshire, England.1 Anne's father was William De Montague and her mother was Katherine De Grandison. Her maternal grandparents were Sir William De Grandison and Sibyl De Tregoz. She had three brothers and three sisters, named John, William III, Robert, Elizabeth, Sibyl and Phillipa. She was the fourth oldest of the seven children. She had a half-brother named Edward.-
