Sir John De Arderne 
Sir John was born in 1290 in Aldford, Chester, Cheshire, England. Sir John's father was Sir John De Arderne and his mother was Marared verch Gruffydd. His maternal grandparents were Gruffydd Farwn Gwyn Ap Gruffydd and Margred Verch Griffri. He had three sisters named Margaret, Philippa and Agnes. He was the oldest of the four children. He died at the age of 60 in 1350 in Aldford, Chester, Cheshire, England.-
