Rebecca was born on March 10th, 1824 in Coshocton, Coshocton Co., OH.. Rebecca's father was Enos DEEN and her mother was Nancy NORMAN. Her maternal grandparents were Benjamin **** NORMAN Sr. and Margaret **** ASBURY. She had two brothers and four sisters, named Benjamin James, Wesley S., Sarah, Elizabeth, Mary Catherine and Dianna.
