Ella Mae was born in 1873 in Macomb, McDonough Co. Illinois. Ella Mae's father was Theodore Mortimer Cover and her mother was Clara Viola Logan. Her maternal grandparents were *Samuel C. Logan and *Paulina Ann Girton. She had two brothers and six sisters, named Charles Alfred, Clarence Carl, Ruby Aline, Mary Emily, Nellie Pauline, Elizabeth, Anna Bertha and Goldie Louell. She was the oldest of the nine children. She died at the age of 89 on September 19th, 1962.General Notes
