James Cooper

James was born on July 2nd, 1809.¹ James' father was Nathaniel Cooper and his mother was Christiana Hughes. His maternal grandparents were John Hughes Sr. and Sarah. He had three brothers and two sisters, named David, Kennedy, Thomas, Sarah and Keziah. He was the youngest of the six children.
