Elouise Collier 
Elouise was born in 1872. Elouise's father was Christopher Columbus Collier and her mother was Rachel Biggs. Her paternal grandparents were Morgan Colyer Collier and Elizabeth (Betsy) Purvis. She had four brothers and a sister, named Richard, John W, David C, James L and Rebecca. She was the third oldest of the six children.-
