John Cokayne 
John was born in 1316 in Ashbourne Hall, Derbyshire, England.1 John's father was William Cokayne and his mother was Sarah Mercaston. His paternal grandparents were Roger Cokayne and Elizabeth; his maternal grandparents were Adam Mercaston and <Unknown>. He was an only child. He died at the age of 16 in 1332.1 General Notes
