Robert was born in 1709 in Nansemond, Virginia, USA.1 Robert's father was Samuel COHOON and his mother was Mary HUNTER. His paternal grandparents were William COHOON and Deliverance. He had five brothers named Alexander, Samuel, James, John and William. He was the second youngest of the six children. He died in Gum Neck, Tyrrell, North Carolina, USA.2 -
