William Cockriel 
William was born on May 15th, 1831 in Grayson Co, KY and his baptism took place in Census 1900. William's father was James Cockriel and his mother was Lucinda Sirles. His maternal grandparents were Joseph Sirles and Martha Roberts. He had four brothers and five sisters, named Marshall, Martin, Morgan, James Anderson, Sarah, Harriett, Sarilda, Louisa and Clarissa. He was the oldest of the ten children. He died at the age of 69 in 1900 in Platte Co, MO.General Notes
