Walter Cockriel 
Walter was born on June 10th, 1897 in Spencer Co, IN and his baptism took place in Census 1930. Walter's father was Thomas C. Cockriel and his mother was Elizabeth Patmore. His paternal grandparents were Andrew Jackson Cockriel and Mary Sirles. He had a brother and five sisters, named Charles C., Rettie E., Maggie, Hannah Ella, Bessie and Phoebe Jane. He was the second youngest of the seven children. He died at the age of 74 in November 1971 in Chrisney, Spencer Co, IN.General Notes
