Newton Roosevelt Chrisope 
Newton Roosevelt was born on January 11th, 1900 in Syracuse, Hamilton Co, KS and his baptism took place in Census 1930.1 Newton Roosevelt's father was Ulysses Siegel Chrisope and his mother was Sarah Alice Dunsworth. His paternal grandparents were Thomas C. Chrisope and Elizabeth W. Hall. He had four brothers and three sisters, named William Raymond, Carl Phillip, Howard Thomas, Herbert Dunsworth, Bessie Mae, Mable Ethel and Leota Marie. He was the fourth oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 67 in September 1967 in Yucaipa, San Bernardino Co, CA.1 General Notes
