Deborah Kay was born on September 11th, 1956 in Lubbock Co, TX. Deborah Kay's father was Allie Lee Chester and her mother was Elva Maude Robertson. Her paternal grandparents were Walter Allie Chester and Elizabeth Settles. She had three brothers and a sister, named Allie Walter, George Washington, Dale Dean and Mona June. She was the youngest of the five children. She died at 3 months old on December 27th, 1956 in Lubbock Co, TX.General Notes
