John Champernon

John was born in 1518 in Modbury, Kingsbridge, Devonshire, England. John's father was Philip Champernon and his mother was Katherine Carew. His maternal grandparents were Edmund Carew and Katherine Huddlesfield. He had a brother and three sisters, named Arthur, Jane, Frances and Katherine. He was the second oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 40 in 1558 in Modbury, Kingsbridge, Devonshire, England.
