Alvia Octavious Cary 
Alvia Octavious was born on July 22nd, 1895 in Carroll Co, TN and his baptism took place in Census 1930.1 Alvia Octavious' father was Finley Harrison Cary and his mother was Frances Lee Dora Webb. His paternal grandparents were Abner Henry Harrison Cary and Mary Ann Elizabeth Haywood. He had four brothers and four sisters, named Harvey Clifford, Finley Arco, Abner Allen, Avery Gentry, Vivian Girldine, Ola Frances, Rutha and Estelle. He was the oldest of the nine children. He died at the age of 67 in August 1962 in Henderson Co, TN. He was buried in Pleasant Springs Cemetery, Henderson Co, TN.1 1 General Notes
