Richard COOK 
Richard was born about 1852 in Indiana.1 Richard's father was Richard COOK and his mother was Elizabeth Buckles. His maternal grandparents were John Buckles and Frances Wallingford. He had two brothers and a sister, named Abraham, Joseph and Charlotte. He was the youngest of the four children. He died in Leoti, Kansas.2 -
