John CHANDLER

John was born about 1863 in Kentucky.¹ John's father was William W. CHANDLER and his mother was Elizabeth WALLINGFORD. His maternal grandparents were William Mark WALLINGFORD and Frances THOMAS. He had two sisters named Belle and Elizabeth. He was the youngest of the three children.
