Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE 
Arthur was born on December 10th, 1681.1 Arthur's father was Arthur CHAMPERNOWNE and his mother was Margaret FOWELL. His maternal grandparents were John FOWELL and Elizabeth CHICHESTER. He had two brothers and a sister, named John, Henry and Margaret. He died at the age of 36 in 1717.2 General Notes
