Toliver, known as Toliver, was born in 1775 in Clark Co., KY.. Toliver's father was Caleb BROWNING Sr. and his mother was Alcey (Alcey). His paternal grandparents were Edmond Browning and ???? (Mrs. Edmund) BROWNING. He had two brothers and three sisters, named Elijah G., Henry, Mildred Molly, Lucy and Jennie. He was the second oldest of the six children.General Notes
