Richard Bragg 
Richard was born in 1816 in Virginia, United States. Richard's father was Hugh Lewis Bragg and his mother was Frances Sutherland. His maternal grandparents were Samuel Sutherland and Judith Foster. He had five brothers and three sisters, named John, James, Robert, Thomas, Henry, Martha, Sarah Elizabeth and Anna Mariah. He was the second oldest of the nine children.-
