Otis Edgar was born on January 26th, 1895 in Spencer Co, IN and his baptism took place in Draft Registration. Otis Edgar's father was Logan P. Boyd and his mother was Hannah Etta Cockriel. His maternal grandparents were Stephen Cockriel and Matilda J. Oskins. He had a sister named Edith Estha. He was the younger of the two children.
