William Wilford Bloyd 
William Wilford was born in 1861 in Iowa. William Wilford's father was William Washington Bloyd and his mother was Elizabeth Cowan. His paternal grandparents were William Riggins Bloyd and Anthonetti Sanford. He had three brothers and two sisters, named Winfield Scott, Levi, Charlie, Clara E. and Ida Bell.
