Roger de was born in 1285 in Kirby Bellars, Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, England.  Roger de's father was William de Bellers and his mother was Amice.  His paternal grandfather was Roger de Bellers.  He was an only child.  He died in Rearsby, Barrow upon Soar, Leicestershire, England (killed).  He was buried in Edward II's notorious Chief Baron of the Exchequer.1 2
