Robert Banastre (Robert de Banestre)

Robert was born in 1242 in Chester, Cheshire, England.¹ Robert's father was Robert de Banastre and his mother was Clemence Orreby. His paternal grandparents were Thurston Banastre and Cecelia Banastre; his maternal grandparents were Philip de Oreby and <Unknown>. He had a brother named Thomas. He was the younger of the two children. He died at the age of 49 in September 1291.²
