Sarah Balcom

Sarah was born in 1673 in Providence, Providence, Rhode Island.¹ Sarah's father was Alexander Bolkcom and her mother was Jane Holbrook. Her maternal grandparents were William Holbrook and Elizabeth Pitts. She had four brothers and five sisters, named Alexander, John, Joseph, Samuel, Katherine, Freegift, Lydia, Hannah and Deborah. She was the third oldest of the ten children.
