Encil (Ansel) William was born on March 12th, 1915 in Nancy, Pulaski Co. Kentucky. Encil (Ansel) William's father was Clayton Clate Baker and his mother was Angie Lou Burton. His maternal grandparents were William Sherman Burton and Hester Katherine Floyd. He had five brothers and five sisters, named Dallas, Columbus Lonzo Cris, Thomas Crawford, Roy Howard, Lawrence Allen, Alice Ethel, Opal Eveyln 'Lynn', Geneva Francis, Living and Living. He died due to Bleeding Ulcers at the age of 85 on October 3rd, 2000 in Maysville, KY.General Notes
