William Vandeveer BLUE 
William Vandeveer was born on December 27th, 1872 in Illinois.1 William Vandeveer's father was Bailey Regan BLUE and his mother was Victoria SMITH. His paternal grandparents were John Salter BLUE and Elizabeth VANDEVEER. He had a brother and three sisters, named Harry John Harrison, Lillie May, Mabel Elizabeth and Nellie Marie. He was the oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 24 on June 9th, 1897 in Rooks Co., Kansas.1 -
