Elizabeth Aske

Elizabeth was born in 1521 in Aughton, Yorkshire, England.¹ Elizabeth's father was John Aske and her mother was Eleanor (Ellen) Ryther. Her maternal grandparents were Ralph Ryther and Katherine of Constable. She had four brothers and two sisters, named John, Christopher, Anthony, Robert, Ann and Julian. She was the second youngest of the seven children.
