Solomon APPLEGATE 
Solomon was born on February 13th, 1815 in Mason Co., Kentucky.1 Solomon's father was Benjamin APPLEGATE and his mother was Hannah PETERS. His paternal grandparents were Jacob Henry APPLEGATE and Mary Prudence WALLINGFORD. He had six brothers and four sisters, named Thomas, Richard, Jacob, Benjamin, Samuel, Basil Burris, Mary, Sarah Ann, Catherine and Margaret. He was the youngest of the eleven children. He had three half-brothers named James, John and William Walter. He died at the age of 66 on December 30th, 1881 in Lewis Co., Kentucky.1 -
