Ray Andrew Sigmon Sr.

Ray Andrew was born on July 12th, 1904 in Burke Co, NC. Ray Andrew's father was Thomas Locke Sigmon and his mother was Geneva Frances 'Eva' Tilley. His maternal grandparents were Emmett Harrison Tilley and Sarah Jane Guest. He had four brothers and three sisters, named Emmett Bruce, Thomas Wayne, David Holmon, Charles Vernon, Mabel Geneva, Irma Margaret and Frances Alma. He was the third oldest of the eight children. He died at the age of 69 on November 4th, 1973 in Morganton, Burke Co, NC. He was buried on November 6th, 1973 in Forest Hill Cemetery, Morganton, Burke Co, NC.
