William Duncan Luscombe

William Duncan was born on March 2nd, 1871 in Iowa.  William Duncan's father was John W Luscombe and his mother was Rachel Louisa DuBois.  His maternal grandparents were John DuBois and Louisa Chambers. He had three brothers and seven sisters, named George Dubois, Earl Wayne, Harvey Scott, Laura Estella, Nellie Jane , Mary Louisa, Ethel Belle, John Rollin, Myrtle Evelyn and Etta Lucinda.  He was the third oldest of the eleven children.
