Ruth Ann was born on June 3rd, 1902 in Soldier, Kansas. Ruth Ann's father was Clayton D Allard and her mother was Ethel Belle Luscombe. Her maternal grandparents were John W Luscombe and Rachel Louisa DuBois. She was an only child. She died at the age of 97 on February 8th, 2000 in Topeka, Kansas.-
