Hezekiah was born on April 13th, 1754 in Frederick Co., Maryland.  Hezekiah's father was George Wade I and his mother was Ann Arah (Unknown).  His paternal grandfather was (Unknown) Wade. He had seven brothers and two sisters, named Alexander, John, Wenman, George, Thomas, Richard, Wenman, Catharine and Catherine.  He died at the age of 80 on November 23rd, 1834 in Fishcreek Settlement, (Tyler Co.), Virginia.
