Johnson Overbey 
Johnson was born about 1808 in Sumner Co., Tennessee.1 Johnson's father was Daniel Overbey and his mother was Emily Tyler. His paternal grandparents were Drury Overby and Amie Jones; his maternal grandfather was Reuben Tyler. He had three brothers named Daniel, Edmond and Wilson. He was the oldest of the four children.-
