Samuel , Jr. Knox 
Samuel , Jr. was born on October 6th, 1789 in Ogelthorpe Co., Georgia.1 Samuel , Jr.'s father was Samuel , Sr. Knox and his mother was Mary Luckey. His paternal grandparents were John Knox and Jean Gracey. He had three brothers and four sisters, named James, John, David, Jane, Anna, Mary and Cynthia. He was the second youngest of the eight children. He died at the age of 83 on February 3rd, 1873 in Menlo, (Chatooga Co.) Georgia.-
