Elmer was born on July 21st, 1960 in Williamson Co., Tennessee. Elmer's father was Elmer Chester Capley and his mother was Living Hutcherson. His paternal grandparents were Dudley Gray Capley and Thelma Early Elmer Martin. He had three brothers and a sister, named Living, Living, Living and Debrorah. He died at just 11 days old on August 1st, 1960 in Williamson Co., Tennessee. He was buried in Hudgins Cemetery, (Williamson Co.), Tennessee.-
