Daniel Morgan Anderson 
Daniel Morgan was born on March 5th, 1878 in Georgetown, Pennsylvania. Daniel Morgan's father was George Washington Anderson and his mother was Sarah Ann Polen. His paternal grandparents were William Anderson and Sarah Church. He had six brothers named James, John, Oliver, Charles, Cleve and George Walter. He was killed by a slate fall at the Lincoln Hill Gas Coal Companyworkings in Washington.
General Notes
He was a member of the American Legion - the Edwin Scott Linton post. Mr. Anderson, an intensely patriotic man, entered the American armywhen the United States entered the first World War despite the factthat he was married and was the father of nine children. He was amember of the church of Christ in Washington, PA.
