Annie Fendin m. 1) Mr. Pamenter, and then 2) Mr. Maxell. After the death of her sister Mary Fendin Floyd, Charles Floyd asker her to go to share his home, as she was a widow and without a home. From A Little Family History, written by Mrs. Mary Floyd Hamilton.:
Betsy Fendin married Mr. W. Davant, who a few months after was killed by the Tories in the Revolutionary War, in the presence of his wife. She had an only son called Charles, born after her husband's murder; she married a second time, Mr. Bland, and by him had one son called Richard, and after his death had another husband Mr. Rankin. By him she had a daughter named Mary for my grandmother. Shemarried a Mr. Cook, and went west to live.
Anne Fendin Maxwell, died at home of Charles Floyd and buried there.
Camden Co. Inferior Court 12 Apr 1808, John Floyd, admr. of Mrs. Ann Maxwell filed return and in 3 Jan.1809 he was dismissed.
