In 1766 Nathan Weston was granted 500 acres in Yarmouth, Nova Scotia.
On 20 August 1768 Nathan weston of New Yarmouth, Queens County Nova Scotia, yeoman, appointed Benjamin Weston of Plympton attorney to sell all his lands in Plymouth. On the same date Benjamin Weston sold to John Standish of Halifax and Nathaniel Harlow of Plympton, Nathan Weston's land in Plymouth County.
The will of Joseph Weston dated 31 May 1832, proved 18 October 1832, names brother Nathan and sister Mary.
The will of nathan Weston dated 1 July 1833, proved 24 July 1835 leaves his entire estate to his sister Mary.
The will of Mary Weston dated 2 December 1850, proved 10 July 1871, leaves entire estate to friend and relative Milford Hersey.
