William Henry Crosby lived about a quarter mile from his son John Julius Crosby. He was a big man, and heavy. He was inclined to some sort of attacks, possibly heart attacks. I'm sure that they had some sort of signal between the farms because John Julius would go right over, many times at night and he would walk William Henry Crosby his father. They had no telephones.
