Jason J. Roels died of complications from multiple myeloma. He was a lifelong resident of the Holland-Zeeland area. He owned and operated Roels Produce for 18 years and also was owner of Roels Auto Mart.
His children were John Roels, Tom Roels, Pam (Mrs. Mark) Volkers, Michele (Mrs. Dennis) Nagelkirk.
He is buried in Graafschap Cemetery in Holland, Michigan.
