!Robert B. McCullough was born 6/1/1804 in Philadelphia, P/a. He was of Irish
descent. He died 1/13/1873. I visited his grave in Union Cemetery in Oak
Harbor, Oh. His gravestone read: Robert B. McCullough

!Robert B. McCullough had 2, possibly 3 wives. Phebe Kenan McCullough (died
1/1/1847) and Evaline Atwater McCullough (married 10/18/1849, died 8/12/1876).
My family seens to think that Robert's 1st wife was a Cherokee Indian woman
that he brought back to Ohio from an Indian reservation in either Kansas or
Oklahoma. I have not been able to confirm this as of yet, but i'm working on
it. This could be the reason why no one was to talk of the family! Robert B.
McCullough had 8 children that I know of, Thomas, James, Robert, Catherine,
Franklin, David, Silas and Malvina. The only one that I know whose mother is
for sure, is Malvina. That's Evaline McCullough. Malvina had been married
before. Her 1st husband died when their son, Samuel, was 1 year old. Samuel's
obituary mentions a half-sister, Malvina (mother Evaline, father Robert B.)
Samuel has a daughter still living, a Mrs Gressman. However, she knows little
of the family.
