‌James and Anne were married in a religious ceremony on August 22nd, 1797 in Guilford Co., N. C..¹   They had four sons and seven daughters, named Jonathan, James, John, Moses, Anne, Elizabeth, Jane, Margaret, Mary, Nancy and Sarah.
