Mary was born in June 1767 in Buxton, York, ME.1 Mary's father was Michael Woodsum and her mother was Elizabeth Dyer. She had a brother and two sisters, named Abner, Lucretia and Elizabeth. She was the second youngest of the four children.1 General Notes
