James Pelham Wilson 
James Pelham was born on July 10th, 1863 in Effingham Co., GA.1 James Pelham's father was James Jonathan Wilson and his mother was Julia P. George. His paternal grandparents were John Wilson and Susannah Rahn. He had two brothers and two sisters, named Joseph George, William George, Susannah Rahn and Laleah Ashley. He was the third oldest of the five children. He died at the age of 40 on June 29th, 1904.1 -
