Thomas was born in 1638 in Hartford, Hartford Co, Connecticut.1   Thomas' father was John Webster and his mother was Agnes Unknown. He had three brothers and three sisters, named Robert, Matthew, William, Anne, Elizabeth and Mary.  He died at the age of 48 in 1686 in Northfield, Connecticut.1
