Filman Howard Weatherman

Filman Howard was born about 1842.¹   Filman Howard's father was James Weatherman and his mother was Lucy Burch. He had seven brothers and ten sisters, named William Henry, Simon Peter, Thomas Allen, Adames Alfred, John Harry, Louis Cass, Jerry Beal, Carolina, Emiline, Parmelia Jane, Barbara Elizabeth, Rebecca A., Mary Ellen, Masala Margaret, Melinda Hattie, Lucy Annie and Malisa Allis.  He was the eighth oldest of the eighteen children.¹
