Tabitha Amanda was born on April 1st, 1859 in Screven Co., GA.1 Tabitha Amanda's father was Henry B. Waters and her mother was Clarissa Parker. Her paternal grandparents were Michael Waters and Elizabeth Pengree; her maternal grandparents were James Parker and Elizabeth Sasser. She had seven brothers and four sisters, named Unknown, James, Michael, John, Henry J., Green, Hardy, Elizabeth, Martha Jane, Susan O. and Louisa. She was the third youngest of the twelve children. She died at the age of 82 on March 26th, 1942.1 -
