Leon Samuel was born on June 8th, 1915 in BULLOCH COUNTY, GA.1 Leon Samuel's father was Cone F Waters and his mother was Mary Ollie Fordham. His paternal grandparents were Morgan Waters and Adeline Unknown; his maternal grandparents were Charlie Edgar Fordham and Victoria Scarboro. He had three brothers and a sister, named Euell, Johnny Dalon, Eldridge C and Addie Bell. He died at the age of 55 on May 17th, 1971.1 -
