James Edward Waters 
James Edward was born on January 20th, 1880 in Screven Co., GA.1 James Edward's father was Green Waters and his mother was Caroline Freeman. His paternal grandparents were Henry B. Waters and Clarissa Parker. He had five brothers and four sisters, named Henry Green, William Hardy, John Rufus, Hershel Michael, Britton Lester, Martha Canara, Florence Ophelia, Annie Lelia and Lucy Clara. He had a half-brother named Ralph. He died at the age of 76 on April 21st, 1956.1 General Notes
