Abigail was born on December 8th, 1715.1   Abigail's father was Daniel Waters and her mother was Mary Cloys.  Her paternal grandparents were James Waters and Mary Stalworthie. She had two brothers and five sisters, named David, Jeremiah, Mary, Susannah, Hannah, Hannah and Mary.1
